Peltor Adapter FL6000-WSGratulerar till ett bra produktval!Peltors WS adaptrar i FL6000-serien har testats och godkänts enligt EMC-direktivet 89/336/EEC, vilket innebär att kravet för CE-märkning är uppfyllt.Peltor WS adaptrar är också anpassade för Bluetooth® V.1.1 standard och är certierade i enlighet med:EN 300 328 (radio test)EN 301 489-1/-7-17 (EMC test)EN 60 950 (electric safety, low voltage directive)FCC part 15.247 (US and Canada radio test)Läs noga igenom denna bruksanvisning för att få största möjliga nytta av Din Peltorprodukt.EGENSKAPERPeltors adapterserie FL6000-WS erbjuder trådlös länkning av Peltorheadset till de esta aktuella kommunikationsradiomodeller på marknaden.DesignAdaptern är innesluten i en funktionell, tät och robust dosa, utan utstående delar. Storleken är funktionsanpassad och kan användas i handen. Den är även lätt att bära fäst på klädseln, utan att den är i vägen eller riskerar att haka i.På baksidan har adaptern en kraftig fästklämma (A), som kan vridas 360° för att adaptern ska kunna användas så smidigt och exibelt som möjligt i alla situationer. Fästklämman kan tas bort om adaptern ej behöver sättas fast. Adaptern har också en fästögla (E), som kan användas för säkring, då fästklämman inte används.Anslutningskabel Ugående ledning (B) har kontaktdon för anslutning till respektive kommuni-kationsradio- eller telefonmodell. Ledningen ansluts mot dosan i en följsam och hållbar böjavlastning.Tryckknappar De två knapparna för till- och frånslag (C) samt synkronisering (pairing) (D) är tillverkade i ett speciellt mjukt plastmaterial. De är placerade på framsidan och är utformade för bästa manöverbarhet. Till/Från-knappen har en Iysdiod, som visar till- och frånläge samt andra indikeringar.StrömförsörjningBatterilock för enkelt batteribyte. Två alkaliska 1,5-voltsbatterier typ AA medföljer. Peltor har också en NiMH-ackumulator (ACK03), som kan ersätta torrbatterier.En nycklingsknapp (PTT) kan också monteras på adaptern. (Monteras av Peltor Service Center.)Användning1. Synkronisering Bluetooth-länken öppnas genom synkronisering (pairing), som endast är möjlig då adaptern är frånslagen.
Förbered ditt Peltor WS headset (eller annan Bluetiooth-enhet) för synkro-nisering. • Tryck samtidigt minst 2 sekunder på både Till/Från- och synkronise-ringsknapparna.Synkroniseringsknappen visar grönt ljus under synkroniseringen. Om synkroniseringen lyckades avges 8 korta gröna blinkningar. Om synkro-niseringen inte lyckades avges rött ljus under 1 sekund.Adaptern söker efter era Bluetooth-enheter, men kan endast lagra 10 enheter i minnet. Gör därför ett nytt försök om synkroniseringen inte lyckats vid första försöket. Efter 30 sekunder kommer adaptern automatiskt att stängas av. Efter en lyckad synkronisering är adaptern tillkopplad och länkad till den andra Bluetooth-enheten. Vid eventuellt byte av länkad enhet måste ny synkronisering utföras.2. Tillkoppling av adapternAnslut adaptern till kommunikationsradion respektive telefonen.• Tryck minst 2 sekunder på Till/Från-knappen som visar grönt ljus under tillkopplingen. Därefter avges korta gröna blinkningar var 5:e sekund.Justera volymen på den anslutna enheten till önskad avlyssningsnivå.3. Automatisk omkoppling av ljudet till kommunikationsradioOm en ansluten kommunikationsradio stödjer funktionen och omkopplingen är elektriskt överförd till adaptern kan ljudet automatiskt växlas över till kommunikationsradions högtalare när adaptern inte har förbindelse med headsetet över Bluetooth-länken.4. Varning för lågt batteriinnehåll Vid lågt energiinnehåll i slutet av användningstiden sjunker spänningsnivån på batteriet och när omkring 5 minuter återstår av användningstiden, varnar adaptern med tre korta låga toner i headsetet var 30:e sekund för att batteri-byte snarast bör ske. Lysdioden på adaptern skiftar till rött. Adaptern stängs av automatiskt när batteriet är tomt. 5. RäckviddsindikeringarOm Bluetooth-länkens räckvidd är överskriden hörs en lågfrekvent ton under 2 sekunder var 30:e sekund och åter inom räckvidd hörs en kort stigande tonkombination.Se även instruktionen för Peltor WS headset.6. Frånkoppling• Tryck minst 2 sekunder på Till/Från-knappen. Frånkoppling bekräftas med rött ljus under 1 sekund.Manuell frånkoppling av adaptern alltid möjlig och den stängs av automatisk efter 2 timmar om headsetet stängs av eller om den är utanför räckvid-den. Inom räckvidden stängs den av 15 timmar efter senaste sändning.VIKTIG ANVÄNDARINFORMATION • Förvara inte adaptern i temperaturer över +60 ºC• Elektroniken i adaptern är godkänd för användning i temperaturer mellan –10 ºC och +60 ºC, men den fungerar också utanför dessa gränser. • Materialet påverkas endast ringa av de esta kemiska ämnen. PELTOR ADAPTER FL6000-WSCongratulations on your choice of product!The FL6000 series of Peltor WS adapters has been tested and approved in accordance with EMC directive 89/336/EEC, which means that it complies with the requirements for CE marking.Peltor WS adapters are designed to comply with the Bluetooth® V.1.1 stand-ard and are certied in accordance with:EN 300 328 (radio test)EN 301 489-1/-7-17 (EMC test)EN 60 950 (electrical safety, low-voltage directive)FCC part 15.247 (US and Canada radio test)Please read carefully through these user’s instructions in order to get the maximum benet from your Peltor Product.FEATURESPeltor’s FL6000-WS series of adapters permit wireless connection of Peltor headsets with most currently available models of communication radio on the market.DesignThe adapter is enclosed in a rugged and functional sealed case without any protruding parts. Its size is optimised for its purpose and it can be used in your hand. It is also easy to carry around attached to your clothing, without getting in the way or getting caught on other items.On the rear of the adapter is a heavy-duty attachment clip (A), which can be rotated through 360° so that the adapter can be used as conveniently and exibly as possible in all situations. The attachment clip can be removed if there is no need to attach the adapter. The adapter also has an attachment eye (B), which can be used to secure it if the attachment clip is not used.Connecting cable The output lead (B) has a plug for connecting to the chosen model of com-munication radio or mobile phone. The lead is connected to the case by a pliable and durable sleeve.Pushbuttons The two buttons for switching on and off (C) and pairing (D) are made of a special soft plastic. They are located on the front of the case and shaped to ensure ease of operation. The On/Off button has an LED that shows when the adapter is on or off, as well as giving other information.A Push-To-Talk (PTT) button can also be tted to the adapter (at a Peltor Service Center).OPERATION1. Pairing The Bluetooth link is established by pairing, which can only be done when the adapter is switched off.Set up your Peltor WS headset (or other Bluetooth device) for pairing.• Press the On/Off button and the pairing button simultaneously for at least two seconds.The pairing button glows green while pairing is in progress.If pairing is successful, the LED will briey ash green eight times. If pairing is not successful, the LED will glow red for one second.
The adapter searches for other Bluetooth devices, but can only store 10 devices in its memory. You should therefore try again if synchronisation does not succeed the rst time. After 30 seconds the adapter will switch off automatically.If pairing has been successful, the adapter will be connected and linked to the other Bluetooth device. If the linked device is replaced, you will have to pair them again.2. Connecting the adapterConnect the adapter to the communication radio or mobile phone.• Press the On/Off button for at least two seconds. It will glow green while connection is taking place, then briey ash green every ve seconds.Adjust the volume of the connected device to the desired level.3. Automatic switching of sound to communication radioIf a connected communication radio supports the feature, and if switching is transferred electrically to the adapter, the sound can be automatically switched to the speaker of a communication radio when the adapter does not have a connection with the headset over the Bluetooth link.4. Low battery level warningWhen the battery is nearing the end of its useful life, the voltage will drop, and when around ve minutes of battery life are left the adapter will sound three low, short tones every 30 seconds to warn you that the battery should be replaced as soon as possible. The LED on the adapter will glow red. The adapter will be switched off automatically when the battery is discharged.5. Range indicationsIf the range of the Bluetooth link is exceeded, you will hear a low-frequency tone that lasts for two seconds every 30 seconds, and when the device is back in range you will hear a short combination of tones with rising fre-quency.Also refer to the instructions for your Peltor WS headset.6. Disconnection• Press the On/Off button for at least two seconds. The LED will glow red for one second to conrm disconnection.The adapter can be switched off manually at any time and will be switched off automatically after two hours if the headset is switched off or if it is out of range. Even if it remains within range, it will be switched off 15 hours after the last transmission.IMPORTANT USER INFORMATION• Do not store the adapter at temperatures above +60ºC• The electronics in the adapter are approved for use at temperatures be-tween -10ºC and +60ºC, but will also operate outside these limits. • The material is only marginally affected by most chemical substances. If you intend to use it in extreme environments, please contact your dealer or Peltor for further information.“This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.
