                     Quick Use Notice Please Read Before Installation                                FCC’s Authentication Announcements This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. You can test whether this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception by turning the equipment off or on.  OPERATION MANUAL OF EXTREME DUTY TPMS SENSOR ·  Handling  of  tires  and  rims  should  be  carried  out  only  by  workers  who  have received  training  and  accreditation  based  on  instruction  from  a  qualified  work supervisor.   · Check the “Tire and Rim Handling Manual” published by the tire manufacturer for information on work and inspections, etc. involving tire handling. · When lifting heavy components or equipment, make sure that you use suitable lifting  equipment  and  that  you  follow  the  instructions  in  the  manual  for equipment to be used. · When moving tires and rims, be careful to avoid accidental drops or falls that could injure others in the vicinity. · There are several types of tools for work involving tire and rim handling. Be sure you have proper understanding of how the tools are used and carry out the work in accordance with proper procedures. ·  Be  sure  to  perform  a  visual  examination  of  tires  and  rims  when  conducting regular inspections of vehicles and tires or tire rotations. ·  Use  tires  and  rims  suited  to  the  vehicle,  as  specified  by  the  vehicle manufacturer and tire manufacturer. · In the case of dual assemblies, DO NOT operate the vehicle on a single tire as the load capacity of the tire and rim will be drastically reduced and may result in damage
                                                            INSTALLATION GUIDE Mounting CV TPMS Sensor Before installation, identify each pair of transmitter and ID module. There are two labels coming with each pair of transmitter & ID module, and they have the same ID code. For example: 01EB327F.    Install the transmitter onto the wheel and place the rim label on the rim. Plug ID Module into Display (Refer to Operation of Display) 1. Loosen the steel strap. Wrap the strap around the centre of the rim in the lowest spot and mark it 5 cm (2”) past worm gear. (Figure A) 2.  Cut  the  extra  strap. Install  the  tapered  end  of  the  strap  through  the opening of the transmitter cradle. (Figure B) 3.  Remove  the  adhesive  tape  liner  from  cradle  and  place  transmitter beside  the  tyre  valve.  Keep  the  strap  parallel  to  the  wheel  flange  and ensure  the  strap  is  positioned  in  the  lowest  spot  possible  for  correct transmitter and cradle retention. (Figure C) NOTE: The transmitter must be positioned in the lowest spot possible and installed  beside  the  tyre  valve  in  order  to know  its  approximate  location after the tyre has been mounted. NOTE: When fixing the transmitter on the rim, make sure the section of steel strap installed through the transmitter is complete, NOT TOOTHED. (Figure D) 4. Position worm gear 10 cm (4”) away from the edge of the transmitter and  tighten  worm  gear  until  the  transmitter  cannot  be  moved.  DO  NOT over  tighten  the  strap,  reference  torque:  3-4  Nm  (27-35  inch  lbs.)   (Figure E) 5.  Indicate  the  location  and  ID  code  of  the  transmitter  by  applying  the supplied rim label to a clean and dry location on the rim.
