Heat can cause damage to both the outer case and inside components. In an extremely cold area, moisture can build from inside of P31 after you turn it on and result in damages.• Do not drop, shake or knock on your phone.• Do not use strong detergents, thinners or other corrosive liquid to clean your P31.
