See to it that your ears aretotally encompassed by the cups andthat you get an even pressure aroundyour ears. Now adjust the cups so thatthe headband rests lightly on your head.Adjust (Helmet mounted)Adjust the earmuff to the largest size,then fit the earcups over your ears sothat they sit comfortably and snugly. Nowre-adjust the helmet so that it sits lightlyon your head.WarningIf the above instructions are not observedthe attenuation effect can dramaticallydecrease.CareThe hearing protector and the cushionswill be worn and must be checkedregularly. Clean with mild detergent(soap). You must be sure that the deter-gent does not irritate your skin. The hea-ring protector is to be kept in a dry andclean place, for example in the originalpacking.MaintenanceRemove the self-adhesive cushion. Rem-ove the protective film from the cushionand place the cushion around the holeand press.
