IMPORTANT NOTE: This module is authorized to use only one of the following three antenna types. 1. Internal 5 dBi PCB Inverted F Trace ¼  antenna [see Warning 1] 2. External 2.5dBi ½  Omni Whip antenna, Nearson S161A-915R  [see Warning 1]  WARNING 1: To comply with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, the antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.  3. Remotely mounted 6dBi Omni antenna, Laird OD9-6 [see Warning 2]  WARNING 2: To comply with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, the antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 23 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.    “NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. Introduction  The Mueller RFDC Limited Module is intended for indoor & outdoor use within an automatic metering Infrastructure (AMI) & control device.   The RFDCs main function is to allow remote access to Mueller Systems RF enabled AMI devices for the purpose of data collection, configuration and management.  The RFDC Module can only be installed in Mueller Systems equipment and is not available for sale as a separate product.  The contents of this installation manual are intended for technically qualified personnel who have been trained and are technically qualified in basic electrical principles.  2. Supported Products  • Field Radio • MiBridge • MiHub  3. Maintenance  There are no user serviceable items within a RFDC Module. No cleaning is required.   4.
