Select and play audio files on your Bluetooth device (for example, Spotify or iTunes) The effective control distance of Bluetooth is 10 meters. Streaming music can be interrupted by obstacles between the device and the Bluetooth amplifier, such as a wall, a metal housing, near devices that use the same frequency, etc. If you want to connect your Bluetooth amplifier to another Bluetooth device, please turn off the currently connected Bluetooth device. We cannot guarantee that this Bluetooth amplifier is 100% compatible with all Bluetooth devices.1324Question SolutionSpeaker does not produce soundUnplug the Bluetooth amplifier for a few minutes and plug it back in. Disconnect the connected device and try again. The Bluetooth device is not connected properly. Connect to the Bluetooth device after turning off the Bluetooth amplifier and turning it on again. The device does not support the compatible profiles required by the Bluetooth amplifier.Signal reception being disturbedPosition the device closer to the Bluetooth amplifier or remove obstacles between the Bluetooth amplifier and the system.
