My app failed to download and install.I get a failure when adding air conditioner.Phone must be compatible, iOS ver. 8+. Android ver. 4.0+. Check network connection.Wireless router has a 2.4 GHz radio. Range is less than 10 meters.1. Check voltage supply to the unit. 2. Is the air conditioner set to - Cooling, Low fan speed and temperature set to 86°F/30°C? 3.Wi-Fi password need to be 2~31 characters. Please notice that if the FCC identification number is not visible when the module is installed inside another device, then the outside of the device into which the module is installed must also display a label referring to the enclosed module. This exterior label can use wording such as the following: “Contains FCC ID: 2ALD3-MKQTWIFI08” any similar wording that expresses the same meaning may be used.The module is limited to OEM installation ONLY.The OEM integrator is responsible for ensuring that the end-user has no manual instruction to remove or install module.
